Terms of service
By using TrueTox® and the Tox Pass® membership, you agree to receive services from independent licensed providers in our network. TrueTox® is a technology platform that connects members with providers and processes membership billing. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of your provider.
Privacy & HIPAA
We are HIPAA compliant. Your medical information is shared only with your selected provider and never sold. Marketing data (your name, email, location) is handled per our privacy policy and never shared with third parties for advertising.
Cancelation policy
The Tox Pass requires a 6-month initial commitment. After that, members may cancel any time with no fees through the member portal. Refunds are not issued for prior months. Pauses are available once per year by request.
Provider responsibilities
All injectors in the TrueTox® network are vetted, licensed, MD-supervised, and LegitScript certified. Providers operate independent practices and are solely responsible for clinical care.
